Studio Movies IA provides an AI-assisted creative production service. By using the service you agree to the following, in plain terms.
Your content. You keep ownership of the material you upload and of the outputs you generate, subject to your plan. Commercial use is granted from the Creator plan upwards. The Free plan is for evaluation and adds a watermark.
Credits. Movies Credits are a prepaid internal unit used to run generations. Subscription credits renew each billing period. Purchased credit packs do not expire. Failed generations are refunded automatically to your credit balance.
Refunds. Unused subscription time can be refunded within 14 days of purchase for EU consumers, in line with applicable consumer law. Consumed credits are not refundable.
Acceptable use. No sexual content involving minors, no non-consensual sexual content, no impersonation of real people without their permission, no content promoting violence or illegal activity. We run moderation hooks on generation requests and keep audit logs.
Data. We store your account data, projects, generation records and media in order to run the service. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time. We process personal data in line with the GDPR.
Availability. AI providers change. We route across multiple providers and fall back automatically, but we do not guarantee that a specific model remains available.
